This offering is new. The engine pictured is from anther listing and is not the exact train being offered, but a representation of the item being offered. The set being offered in this listing is new and pictured in the box. This offering was tested (I did take out and test and validate that there are no issues with the engine or caboose), and it works fine with working front light. The box has minimal shelf wear, a little discoloring and some store price stickers.
