This is a vintage champagne gray Lotus Eclair road / sport touring bike frameset. I think I was told that this is a 1984 but it could be a little earlier. I measure the top tube as 57cm center to center and the seat tube as 57cm center to center or 58cm center to top. 68mm bottom bracket shell, 100/130mm hub spacing, and this frame originally had 700c wheels on it but I have run it as both a 700c conversion and a 650b conversion and it worked fine. Tange #5 tubing, Made in Japan.
Relatively good condition, there are a few scuffs and scrapes here and there but nothing especially notable for the age of the frame. The chrome is in great condition. It is missing the original downtube stickers and there is a little residue on the downtube from them. The seatpost is included because it is kind of an unusual size, but the post is not stuck / moves freely.
