We do our best to represent the most accurate description of our items to you, along with detailed photos. Should a discrepancy arise at any time with our buyers, we will do our very best to make it right.  

Items come as pictured. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We do our best to respond within the hour, but can occasionally get tied up with customers in the store. We appreciate your patience. 

Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. A case will be opened against any non-paying customer. 

~SHIPPING INFORMATION~

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in the listing. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. Combined shipping is done at sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, we'll do our best to ship them out together, but they may arrive in separate packages.

International Buyers!, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. 

~RETURNS / GUARANTEES~

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received. Items that were sold as new and sealed in package, if opened, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
