A charming antique gentleman’s shoe horn with a sterling silver handle, made by Crisford & Norris Ltd, Birmingham — active silversmiths from the late 19th to early 20th century and the shoe horn is dated 1909

The handle is simple and elegant in design, featuring a flattened end and hand-engraved initials, a common personalisation of the time. The silver is well-worn from use but still intact. The original hallmark is visible, with the maker's mark “C & N” clearly stamped. It is marked on the horn as 'English Steel Make'
