Actually the barrel is in mint condition. The aluminum shows age related superficial 'smudges' (can be buffed out). Barrel shows no scratches, do dents, no dings. The elements are perfect only shows a slight haze at the edges and a few minute dust particles, which will not show in the quality of your pictures.
Lens shows no signs of prior use and is overall in very good, mint condition. Shows no scuffing, no scratches, no dings, no indentations, no paint rub off. The elements are in very good condition. No cleaning marks, no scuffs, no scratches, slight edge haze, no fungus, no separation. Shows really minor dust particles inside. Focus turns a bit dry. Very nice high quality special designed lens.
