Blind Box Rule

Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible toy as a mystery until it is opened. Blind boxes typically come in series that show a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.

A full case contains 6 non-repeated figures. If there is a secret figure in the box, one basic figure will be randomly replaced by it.

Merchandise may be damaged during shipment. Please contact us and provide a picture of damaged item.

All other returns should be made within 30 days after purchase. For blind boxes no returns or exchanges will be accepted. It is buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping fees, and we will refund you the price of the item, not including original shipping fees.
