  • Twin XL beige Sheet Set (top and bottom sheet - Nice Cotton or Cotton Blend).  
  • one fitted Twin XL Sheet 
  • Twin XL mattress cover with full zipper in excellent condition - Nice quality item that provides a tight barrier / protection
  • Twin XL Beige (looks extra long - app. 20") Bed Skirt - nice heavy cotton.  Not a flimsy bedskirt but nice quality.

I bought these items at Bed, Bath and Beyond (in Store).  Excellent quality.  All in good condition - freshly laundered and the bedskirt was also ironed.  Really difficult to take good photo's of these items so they are truly much better in person.
