For shipping, all cards under $20 are shipped using the eBay standard envelope service. This is the only option to keep shipping costs low for cards under $20. It does not allow for using a bubble mailer or extra packaging. I put the card in a team bag, wrap it in paper, and put it in a business envelope. If you prefer Ground Advantage, I can do that, but that would be a cost the buyer would need to contact me for and then assume that cost (Usually $4-$4.50).
