$2nd Annual Report of the Railroad Commissioners of the State of Maine 1900.  Good condition.  Age replated yellowing of pages.  No tears or stains.  There is a pocket at the end of the report for something - probably a map.  That is missing.  There is a fold out in the center that shows a large photo of teh Great Northern Paper Company plant in Millinockett under construction.
