Cosmetically this laptop is in decent condition, works very well... and obviously the added benefit of having a Dual-boot set-up so you can use Mac High Sierra v10.13 or Windows 10 Pro edition.

"Good to use as a work-related computer, Home office, internet surfing and Classic gaming etc.” This may also run some newer games which are compatible with the GPU.

PLEASE NOTE:  I would recommend you pick-up a 3 or 2 fan laptop cooler to use with this Macbook Pro, especially if running for long periods so you don't over-heat/ burn out the GPU on board during use (Many people tend to leave the laptop on surfaces which the heat is unable to disburse properly, which means the laptop overheating and switching off/ burning out the GPU). Looking after the laptop will allow good years of use, with general maintenance along the way.
