The figure and packaging are in great condition with only minor shelf wear, brand new and unopened.All my figures are from my personal collection and come from a smoke free home. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight, box size and location item will be shipped to. I just list the details to it and eBay provides the actual shipping costs.
