Please contact us to authorize your return before sending the item back.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your transaction, please contact us directly before leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute.
Direct communication allows us to resolve your inquiry much faster than the eBay/PayPal Resolution Center. Please note that the feedback system is intended to reflect the service provided by the seller. We take false claims and fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will report such activity.
