Set is missing only the stethoscope. 

The thermometer and blood pressure cuff have some small bite marks (Photos #11,12).  

Thermometer also has some wear on the numbers (Photo #10). 

Otoscope has some wear (Photo #13).  

The closure on the case has a small tear but still functions properly (Photo #14).
