EMAS HPMR Digital Potentiometer 0-10V DC Output 10K Ohm (24V Supply)

H Series Plastic 10V DC 10 kΩ Digital Display 30 mm Potentiometer The HPMR10K1 takes the guesswork out of manual setpoint adjustment, showing your exact position as a percentage (0-99.9%) on a built-in digital display instead of relying on a printed dial scale. That level of precision matters when you need a speed reference or valve position repeatable to two decimal places, not just "about here." An external 24VDC power supply is required, connection to (-) GND and (+) 24VDC terminals. The centre terminal (D) provides a variable output between 0 and 10V. The input receiving device should also be connected to the same (-) GND. Suitable for: Generating an analogue speed reference - for use with variable speed drives where the operation requires a specific frequency to be maintained. Production staff can ensure the setpoint is accurate to 2 decimal places when used with most inverter drives Manual control of actuators and valves - high accuracy positioning for motion control. Can be used with stepper and servo drives accepting an analogue input. Also suitable for EP and proportional valves with 0-10V input Use as a calibrator or trimming device - can be used in laboratories or test applications to provide a 0-10V DC output Available in range of K ohms 3 turns min to max scale IP65 Rated 2 Year Warranty 10 Year Service Life CE Rated EMAS HPMR10K1 Manual Download Technical Details Operational Voltage 10V DC Product Potentiometer Type Digital Display Dia 30 mm Operating Temperature -15 / + 70 °C Protection Degree IP65 Cable Section 1.5-2.5 mm² Screw Torque 1,5 Nm Maximum Current 17,30 mA Maximum Power 1,5 W (70ºC) Resistive Value 10 kΩ Serial H Series Plastic Frequently Asked Questions Why would I choose this over a standard analogue-scale potentiometer? The digital display shows your exact setpoint as a percentage to one decimal place, giving repeatable, verifiable settings — useful where an operator needs to record or reproduce a precise setpoint rather than eyeballing a dial. What power supply does it need? An external 24V DC supply, wired to the (-) GND and (+) 24VDC terminals. The centre (D) terminal then outputs your variable 0-10V signal, referenced to the same GND as your receiving device. Can I use this with a VSD, PLC analogue input, or valve actuator? Yes — it suits any device accepting a 0-10V DC analogue input, including inverter speed references, stepper/servo drives, and EP or proportional valves. Is it suitable for washdown or outdoor panel mounting? Yes — IP65 rated, protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. Industry Applications Variable speed drive control — precise, repeatable analogue speed reference for VSDs Motion control — accurate manual positioning for stepper/servo-driven actuators Process & laboratory equipment — calibration and trimming device for 0-10V test setups
