This Irish Mist decanter is in excellent condition.  The bottle was purchased in 1984 according to a note on the box.  It appears that the seal was never broken and there is some liquid remaining.  So, I think the bottle was stored upright and most of the contents evaporated out of the cork.  The box has condition issues on the edges and corners.  The hang tag has some staining as well.
