CARD POLICY:
All cards posted by "Candid Collectibles" go through a very thorough inspection process, once before we list the card and then again once sold and prepping for shipping, if we feel it doesn't match the listings stated condition and WILL NOT meet customer's expectation we will notify buyer and refund the order.
Shipping: We do use the Ebay Standard Shipping option for cards and orders that meet the guidelines Ebay has set forth, ($20 or less on value of cards or order, more info is available on policy if needed) On orders that do qualify and we use this shipping option for we charge $.50 for shipping and each additional card in the order will cost $.08 If you would prefer another shipping method please message us at time of purchase and we will happily discuss alternative options and rates.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We also combine shipping on orders but do ask for customers to again message us and let us know there is orders that combined shipping would be an option.
HANDLING TIME: Our current policy states 2 days handling time, however we ship next day around 95% of the time and only orders placed after 11:30 PM the evening before are at risk for 2 day turn around.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: We have our policy set for 30 days now domestic with Ebay handling the International side of things, however if you look at our history we don't have refunds or returns we deal with on regular basis, if the situation does arrive we will refund or exchange if inventory allows and we let customer decide. If we regular for the sold item to be returned to us we will cover shipping cost and provide buyers with label.
