SHIPPING:

Item ships within one business day of payment received, item ships with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Buyer can request another delivery service if needed. Buyer pays calculated shipping. RETURNS POLICY:

If item/items are lost, damaged, or stolen through the shipping process then the shipping carrier is liable, thus you will need to get ahold of the delivery service for refund.

If item/items are damaged/not working and it wasn’t through the shipping process then you have buyer protection through eBay, get ahold of eBay and let them know and they will provide you with a shipping label.
