Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Yamaha CA-1010 amplifier.  This includes all the parts you need to rebuild a Yamaha CA-1010.  It includes replacements for all electrolytic and tantalum caps, including the two big filter caps.  It also includes replacements for most transistors, a new relay, replacements for all fuse resistors and glass bead diodes, new driver board trimmers, and new mica insulators for the outputs.  This does not include replacement driver or output transistors.  Correct replacement output transistors are four MJ21195G and four MJ21196G, available here.

These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild vintage equipment.  Capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, Nichicon Muse, Panasonic FC, Wima film, Kemet film, and 2 Cornell-Dubilier 22k uf 80v filter capacitors.  Transistors are made by Onsemi and Toshiba, and the relay is a new Omron relay.  New resistors are 1% metal film.  Capacitor values are the same capacitance and the same or improved voltage ratings.

This kit includes a total of 211 parts, making it noticeably more complete than those offered by other sellers.  This is not a quick and easy rebuild, it will take a decent amount of time and effort.  The instructions will explain how everything goes in, but will not cover how to disassemble your amplifier.  This is complicated, so if you do not have a lot of experience with vintage gear you should not start with this one.  You should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, a good desoldering tool such as the Hakko FR-301, and a dim-bulb tester with 75W or 100W incandescent bulb.

US shipping and handling is $10, and international is $36. If you have any questions, please ask.
