This listing includes:

New NUBM47-A1 Diode.

Pressed and Thermally Pasted to a 12mmx27mm Copper Module with Full Back for maximum thermal conductivity.

Brand New 3 Element Lens with Focus Ring.

22AWG Silicone Red and Black Leads.

 

Important Notes:

This diode must be inserted into a heatsink to dissipate heat, preventing thermal runaway.

This diode must be connected to a constant current driver with a max output of 5000mA, and a minimum voltage of 4.2V.

This is a multi-mode diode, meaning the beam will always be a rectangle, even though it can be adjusted to a tiny dot, it will not be perfectly round.

Always keep the lens clean, do not get too close to the work you are engraving, smoke and soot may attach to the lens.

You NEED to use the correct OD rated safety glasses for 420nm-460nm lasers to use this item. The reflection of the beam is enough to blind you and others!

Never point a laser at any living creature, plane, or someone else’s property!

Diodes are static sensitive, always be grounded when touching the module while installing.
