Ashtray is in good condition with light signs of handling and small defects in the casting. Back of tray is inscribed with  Judge Albert J Gaspari's name. He was a Pennsylvania district judge from Reading PA for Berks County from 1969 to 1994.  Please see all enlarged photos for details.
