This is pre-owned and in played with condition missing coin and comes with what you see. see pictures for condition - white ranger shows discoloration. Battery compartment has some corrosion from old batteries. That being said I cleaned it up put batteries in and it makes noise and light in mouth lights up wasn’t seeing any other lights besides in mouth.

Box is pretty nice displays great but does show wear see pictures. I’m very critical as a collector so I’ll point out all the flaws I can but this box is pretty nice and the original Walmart sticker is super cool imho.
