Terms of Sale

If unfortunately you may receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days from purchase via ebay messages, and we will rectify the issue immediately. (A replacement or refund will not be issued for misuse or negligence of item). Please note we will request a photo/video of the defective item so we can forward evidence to our supplier, which also enables a faster resolution. Cost involved in the return of the defective item will be our responsibility. Replacement or refund will be issued once defective item is returned.
For a change of mind, please contact via ebay messages, return cost is the buyers responsibility. Item must be in original packaging, sealed and unused.
