Here is a small horse figurine that is an example of redware with no stamps or marks to date or place manufacturer. This piece is in very good condition, it is 3 1/5 inches long X 3 7/8 inches tall X 1 inch wide. The horse has a brown stain applied over the redware and the tail and mane have hand painted gold under the glaze. This piece was likely made in Japan as it is typical of the mid century pieces that were imported to the United States. Pictures are part of the description and will be the item that ships.
