Vintage black felt hat with a colorful velvet bow with multiple loops. The velvet bow has greens reds blues and tan colors. There are no markings or tags present. Assuming this is from the 60s based on the shape and style. Good condition no holes or damage. The circumference of the inside is about 20.75”. The diameter is 7” across. The hat from brim to brim is about 12” in diameter. The hat stands about 3” high on the head. Really cute hat and would look great with your vintage wardrobe!
