From this team at least NINE players went on to the NFL, including Sherman White who was the 2nd overall pick in the 1972 NFL Draft! The others were Bob Kampa, O.Z. White, Sherman White, Joe Acker, Jerome Carter, Clarence Duren, Ray Youngblood, & Steve Sweeney! This teams record was 6-5 overall & 4-3 in the Pac-8 conference.
