Mastering The Art Of French Cooking Volumes One and Two by Julia Child, Louisette Bertholle and Simone Beck. Hardcover. No dust jackets. Volume One is a twentieth printing from 1971 and Volume Two is a first printing from 1970. Both published by Alfred A. Knopf. These measure approximately 10" x 7", and there are a total of 1,324 pages between both volumes. A few illustrations throughout.


Condition

Generally good condition, but graded as Acceptable because Volume Two has some waviness on the outside bottom corner of most pages due to moisture exposure. However, the pages are all dry and none are stuck together. Both books have faded spines, and some wear and soiling on covers and text block edges, but the interiors are unmarked and both are still in good serviceable condition.
