You are purchasing a metal and plastic die cast toy sprint car with "pull back action".   

This "pull back sprint car" is in "Brand New" condition.  Car is about 5" long and about 3" high as measured at the top of the wing.  This series of sprint cars is larger than 1/64th scale and smaller than 1/24th scale, so we are guessing it could be correctly classified at 1/32nd scale.  Very neat looking sprint car.
