Price ex VAT - This is for customers who are exempt from paying VAT under current legislation (VAT Act 1994).
Price inc VAT - This is for business and care homes

You are eligible for VAT Relief if the person who will use the item(s) is
1, 'chronically sick or disabled' and;
2, the item(s) are for personal or domestic use, not a business
Chronically sick or disabled is defined as a physical or mental impairment, chronic ailment or terminal illness.
You do not qualify if you are elderly but otherwise able-bodied, or if you're only temporarily disabled or incapacitated
You don't have to physically buy the goods in person. If your parent, guardian, wife or husband buys the goods and services for you, then you will not be charged VAT and you can claim VAT relief.
In order to claim relief from VAT you must complete a VAT declaration form which we will email to your PayPal registered email address upon completion of your order (if required)
If you select the vat exempt price option and later decide that you made a 'mistake' we will charge you £5.00 for our time to rectify your errors.
About Us
Lifelight Ltd has been supplying, servicing and repairing mobility aids, rehabilitation and lifting equipment for over 24 years. We are a small but dedicated team with the sole aim of supplying you products that are excellent value for money. We do not sell cheap products. We are now one of the biggest suppliers of mobility equipment and spares in the UK.
Payment
We only accept payment through the eBay payment service for added security and peace of mind. Most of our prices are vat exempt so if you require a vat invoice then please contact us through the eBay messaging service.
Shipping
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2:00 pm will usually be despatched on the same day provided everything is in order. Your goods should be delivered within 2-3 working days of your purchase. Items ordered over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday. If you are ordering a rise and recline chair or a mobility scooter please be aware this is a door step delivery and the driver will drop the product off at the door. If you require an engineer delivery then please contact us through the eBay messaging service and we will be happy to help. All buyers selecting vat exempt options on goods will need to fill in a vat except form before the products can be dispatched.
VAT Exemption
All prices shown have the option of VAT Exempt or VAT Inclusive. If you select the vat exempt price option we will send you a link to our simple online vat exemption declaration form via ebay messages To purchase an item from us at the exclusive price you must provide us with a specific medical condition or long-term illness that the user suffers from. Please note that old age is not a valid reason for vat exemption. Until we receive your completed vat exemption declaration with a valid disability or long term debilitating illness or the additional VAT has been paid, we may be unable to dispatch the goods. If you are purchasing for or on behalf of a company you cannot purchase items as vat exempt. Even if you are buying the goods for a disabled person to use.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, Lifelight Limited gives customers 14 days to return your order from the day of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. All products must be returned unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packing. If products are not returned in their original condition on return, Lifelight Limited reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s). If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact us through the eBay messaging service as soon as possible.
