This is an antique late Victorian coin purse. It is made with a crocheted Tam O' Shanter shape bottom with steel cut decorations. The piece measures 2 I/4 inches in diameter, and measures approx. 1 1/2 inches tall. There are 3 small holes in the crochet work. Please look st the photos as they show the condition better than a description. The steel cuts are in good shape, and the catch works well.
