How to choose cleaning and testing fluids?

This product does not contain a cleaning solution or a test solution. We recommend you to buy engine carbon cleaning fluid/Ultrasonic cleaning fluid and professional injector test fluid. If the test fluid cannot be purchased, you can use medical alcohol (ethanol content of 75% or more) instead.

Note:It is forbidden to add cleaning fluid as test fluid into the glass tube. The cleaning fluid is corrosive, which will cause the sealing piece at the bottom of the glass tube to swell and deform, thus leaking fluid, and the oil pump will be corroded and not work.

OPERATION STEPS

Ultrasonic Cleaning

  1. Pour in the cleaning fluid & place the fuel injector in the ultrasonic cleaner.

  2. Connect the pulse signal wire & select the ultrasonic cleaning function to start working.

Fuel Injector Testing

  1. Pour in the test liquid, install the fuel injector to the fuel distributor and fix it to the main unit by bolts.

  2. Test if the fuel injector is leaking or blocked under different functions.
