I have to call these puzzles used because my daughter opened each but never even took any of the pieces out of the bag. They were never assembled. I did make sure all the puzzle pieces are there which they are. The Sofia the first has 24 pieces. The Frozen and the Disney princess bags have 48 pieces. They come in ziplock type bags
