This came directly from the Meigray Group, who had a league-wide deal with the NBA where they would get jerseys and warm-up gear directly from the teams. While listed as Game Issued on the letter, these are all game-worn by the player listed. The deal with the NBA said that if they could not photo-match an item (even though they came right from the teams), they had to list them as game-issued. With so few photos of players in the warm-up jackets, most could not be matched. Per Meigray, for many teams only the superstars (like Lebron, Luka, etc) were able to be matched as there are more photos of them from warm-ups.
