Shipping
o Product(s) shipped to U.S. Continental addresses are shipped by USPS, UPS or FEDX. For products shipped overseas or to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us after your winning bid to make shipping arrangements by USPS, DHL or FEDX. Please provide the Street Address (No PO Boxes), so we can ship as soon as possible. Continental addresses usually ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment; all others within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking numbers are provided when product is shipped.
Payment
o Pre-Payment is to be made within 5 business days of auction closing.
Warranty & Terms of Sale
o We are as thorough as possible in our listings, based on the information we have. If it says New, it is in the original un-opened package, New-Open-Box means the box or package may have been opened, but the product is unused. Please refer to the product Description for any pieces, parts, manuals, cables, etc that may or may not be missing. Used Products have been previously used and are in working condition. They may look "like new" or have some slight cosmetic scratches or wear and tear, as described in the Product Description.
o On New Product, Manufacturers Factory warranty, if any, applies. All other product, Refurbed or Used is warranted to be "Not DOA". No additional warranty is offered by us unless specifically stated in the description. The buyer is responsible for appropriateness of product use in his or her application.
o Un-opened Product can be returned. A 20% Re-Stocking Fee will be subtracted from the refund.
o Buyers have 14 days to notify us in writing if they need to return a DOA or Un-opened product. Any returns must have an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) from us prior to return. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Any returns must be in the same box and packed as originally received. Seller reserves the right to Refund, Repair or Replace the returned product. Any product found to be Re-labeled, Modified or Changed in any way, will not be refunded or replaced.
o Unless specifically stated, Power Cords, Software or Manuals are NOT included.
