A bit fragile and in fair condition. Boards worn and soiled and front and rear hinges split. Age-spotting throughout, but heaviest on the first and last several pages. Sticker with prior owner's name on front pastedown, and prior owner's name in pen along with a price and date in pencil in first end page. Another name in pen on title page. Still complete and serviceable despite flaws.
