This is from my father's estate.  I am not a coin collector nor do I claim to be an expert on coins.  I am listing this item as I found it in his collection.  It's the buyer's responsibility to ask all questions and inspect all photos prior to purchase.

This is in the red plastic pouch that it was originally in when purchased.  The pouch is intact but the clear plastic on the pouch inside is sticky feeling - not like something is on it but like the composition got changed in time during storage.
