Shipping Policy

• Except for pre-sale items, most orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is cleared. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes all details, such as your apartment number (if applicable).
• Once a package is in transit, it cannot be forwarded to a different shipping address. Additionally, please include your phone number in your shipping address, as the carrier requires it.
• A door-to-door tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment is processed. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the tracking number has been uploaded.
• For US buyers and most other countries, there are no extra tariffs.
• If your item is not delivered by the estimated date, please contact me for assistance. We will collaborate with the carrier to find solutions.

Return Policy

• If your item arrived damaged or is not functioning properly, please send me photos for reference. Do not open a dispute or initiate a return before contacting me.
