How to use: 

Diffuse or directly inhale. Dilute one part Essential Oil to four parts vegetable oil.  Apply to bottom of the feet, topically.  Put one drop on tongue and press against roof of mouth.   Put 4-8 drops on cotton ball and place on vents.  Skin sensitivity is possible.  Place two drops on a wet cloth and add to wet clothes in clothes dryer.
