This is something very special. Very very early model Thor impact wrench.

1/2" drive.

Mechanical reversing switch. Super nice and super rare 

New power cord.

Fresh grease in the gearcase.

Brushes are great.

Solid brass brush holders, cleaned to ensure proper brush contact with the comutator.

The tool works nice and smooth.

This is however not a tool to work with, it is probably more than 50 years old. The front needle bearing is going bad, it is causing the anvil to wobble a little. One probably won't recognize it, however I did so I have to point it out.

It is not feasible to replace the bearing since it would cost more than the tool itself.

Regardless, nice vintage tool for a collector or tool lover
