Return policy: 1. Return Due to Product Failure or Damage During Shipping: Before we replace the item from our inventory or issue a refund, we must file a claim with the carrier. In order to do so, we need photo proof from our customers. After we file a claim, we will then be able to issue a refund or replacement. 2.
