1.Before
implantation of GBR bone substitute material, select a suitable
diameter debridement drill according to the size of the implant bed
area, and use 500-800 RPM on the surface of the implant bed to oscillate
back and forth to roughen the contact area of the overall bone
substitute material. Preparation of the implant bed can maximize the
cleaning of granulation tissue on the bone surface and activate the
activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts in the autogenous bone area.
After washing, a small amount of bone debris residue can be seen on the
surface of the implant bed, which may not be removed.
2.Residual soft
tissue in tooth extraction pits and bone grafting areas: First, use an
oral spoon for basic cleaning to remove large pieces of soft tissue.
Afterwards, it can be considered to use a debridement drill in
descending order for fine cleaning, ensuring that the drill bit can be
tightly attached to the bone area. The recommended speed for use is
400-600. When using, try to press the drill bit tightly to the bone
surface for debridement preparation. The drill bit should swing up and
down or left and right according to the shape of the extraction socket
and preparation area. The fine granulation tissue can be gradually
cleaned during the rotation process, ensuring that there is always cold
salt water flushing and cooling during the process.
