Powell Peralta Sample Ripper T-Shirt
I believe this "Powell" Ripper sample tee wasn't fully finished being that the original manufacture tag (Fruit of the Loom) is still connected. What's interesting is that this graphic was originally created in 1978; as indicated by the authentic copyright mark on the back of the t-shirt that reads "1978 Powell" and also was featured in the Bones Brigade videos back in 1982. I'm assuming that this tee was authentically created by Powell Peralta solely for the purpose of being featured in the Netflix show "Love", whether it was going into production or not; many companies are known to mock up a sample piece for any immediate media exposure in film or print.
An amazing piece for any skateboard historian/collector.
This item is in 9.8/10 Brand New Without Tags, Unworn condition. Minor cracking on the chest graphic - but not visible at first glance or when graphic is flat. Please examine images provided.
