This is a  vintage school patch from the 1930's. It has five different pins on it. Four of these are two piece pins with a small chain linking them. The largest pin 1 1/2" is for the SCHOOL SAFETY COMMITTEE.  It  is ready for a letterman's sweater or display. There is an oval with HVC.  This came with a group of patches from APTOS near Santa Cruz.

CONDITION: Very Good- color is fantastic not faded
