General Policies

Returns

• All non-electric items are returnable within 30 days upon delivery the item, minus shipping & restocking fee.
• All electrical items are returnable within 14 days upon delivery the item, minus shipping & restocking fee.
• Returned items will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion, and must be in resalable condition.
• Any shipping, installation, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees are non-refundable under any Circumstances.
• Items that have been altered (without our email consent as an eBay record) are non-returnable.
• If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can refund or exchange at our discretion.
• Buyer must email us immediately, if the Item was ordered incorrectly!

• We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier.

Export

• The company is a on line store only you will still need to pay through PayPal with any state tax .This is  because the Item is listed as local pickup and we can't change that, before you buy email us through Ebay so the shipping department does not ship the Item .We will email you through Ebay with the number to call so you can make arrangements to pick up the Item .The warehouse is open 9:00am to 4:00pm EST.
