General Policies

• If you have a question about a part you must email us BEFORE bidding or buying.
• We try to answer all email within 1-2 business days.
• We ship to Confirmed PayPal addresses only.
• We export - Contact us for shipping price BEFORE bidding or buying.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Immediate payment required via PayPal.
• We will refund your payment if it does not match these guidelines.

Returns

• All non-electric items are returnable within 30 days upon delivery the item, minus shipping & restocking fee.
• All electrical items are returnable within 14 days upon delivery the item, minus shipping & restocking fee.
• Returned items will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion, and must be in resalable condition.
• Any shipping, installation, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees are non-refundable under any Circumstances.
• Items that have been altered (without our email consent as an eBay record) are non-returnable.
• If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can refund or exchange at our discretion.
• Buyer must email us immediately, if the Item was ordered incorrectly! 

Payment

• All purchases must be paid through eBay with Immediate Payment via PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping

• PayPal Confirmed Addresses ONLY!
• You must contact us for shipping charges BEFORE bidding or buying, if you live outside the 48 Continental United States.
• We do export - You must contact us for shipping charges BEFORE bidding or buying. (See Export below)
• Export ONLY after a confirmed Email with additional costs from us, if no Email is received from you, your bid will be declined.
• No Expedited Shipping.
• You must contact us via eBay Email for any Combined Shipping on multiple items.
• We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier.

Export

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”

For Local Pickups

• The company is a on line store only you will still need to pay through PayPal with any state tax .This is  because the Item is listed as local pickup and we can't change that, before you buy email us through Ebay so the shipping department does not ship the Item .We will email you through Ebay with the number to call so you can make arrangements to pick up the Item .The warehouse is open 9:00am to 4:00pm EST. Monday through Friday (CLOSED NATIONAL HOLIDAYS,POSTED ON EBAY)
