I want to give you a history of these cars and trucks so you will know how special they have been to me. My uncle - my mother’s brother - was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was just a baby but lived to be 59 years old. My grandmother had to take care of him his entire life. The one thing he enjoyed was miniature cars and trucks, so he began collecting them. People from all over would send him matchbox cars and trucks and he ended up with thousands - I don’t know if we ever were able to count them. He would sit in his wheelchair on the front porch of their house in Ohio and place his cars in front of him on the porch banister and with limited motion, push them a few inches. None of these cars were played with as a child would play with them. They are old, but in good condition. Non-smoking.
