1943 British 20 mm trench art lighter, with Wiltshire regiment cap badge on front and 1941 British Farthing that appears to have been silver plated on the cap.  Bottom of shell casing is marked M.P 1943 A.L with an anchor symbol and 20 M.M MK-2.  One of kind.
