Tested (see video) - The AM dial is loose so would need to be reinforced.  Does NOT include the headphones and was not tested using the headphone jack.  Shows normal wear but considering age, in good condition!  Will NOT come with a needed 9-Volt battery.  Has a belt clip on the back.  Measures about 5" high and 3" wide. Great item for an Spiderman enthusiast!
