We accept returns if the item is still in its original packaging with no missing or damaged parts and the item is returned within 30 days after purchase. 30% deduction fee applies for the returns, Minimum $10. This deduction covers the costs of sending postage, handling, and platform charges incurred during the initial purchase. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we don’t accept this returns.

Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. Replacement warranty: All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period.
