Hand sewn with easy access to chest & stomach for ports at hospital.  The shirt has snap buttons so that the entire shirt does not need to be removed during treatments.  The PJs have sewn in access hole for abdominal or chest tubing during the night and foot openings for pulse oximeter or other needed cording.
