1960s Selmer Soloist style long shank alto saxophone Mouthpiece. 

Very good condition, no dents, no dings, no teeth marks, very little discoloration. Maybe original ligature and cap.

Originally a C, refaced to .72 (5-6 Meyer) by a great refacer from my area (Contreras).

Powerful, dark, velvety, lush sound, it has some edge if pushed. Can yield some tenor characteristics in the sound.

Great player, versatile.
